Senior Quality Engineer – SUV Roof Panels & Launch Leader

Slate is looking for a Senior Project Quality Engineer to lead quality efforts for SUV variant development and lightweight roof panel systems in Warsaw, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have 8–12+ years of automotive experience, ideally with lightweight roof panel systems. Strong knowledge in FMEA, Six Sigma methodologies, and GD&T is crucial, along with excellent teamwork and communication skills to drive results. This role requires the ability to make data-driven decisions in a dynamic start-up environment.
