Complete Care at Brick is actively seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations at our 137-bed, 4-star rated skilled nursing facility. This role requires a proven leader with prior DON experience in long-term care who can step in, lead confidently, and drive results.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all nursing operations within the facility
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations
Lead survey readiness efforts and manage survey process
Monitor and improve clinical outcomes and quality measures
Supervise, mentor, and hold nursing staff accountable
Collaborate with the Administrator and leadership team
Manage staffing, scheduling, and overall nursing department performance
Requirements (Must-Have):
Active RN license in New Jersey (required)
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility (required)
Strong survey history and regulatory knowledge (required)
Experience managing clinical teams in long-term care (required)
Demonstrated ability to improve clinical outcomes and lead teams effectively
