Full Time Cutter Operator
Inland Packaging is a local label and packaging manufacturer seeking a Full Time Cutter Operator to join our growing team. Location: 672 Breezy Point Road La Crosse, WI 54603
Starting Wage: $22.00/hour
Shift: Rotating days: 6:00am
6:00pm
Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:
Week One: Three Days
36 Hours
Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours
Typical Day in the Role:
The Cutter Operator is responsible for tasks that include:
Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications
Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process
Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed
Problem solving issues that arise
Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree required
1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
Highly motivated with a positive attitude
Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
