Job Title

The duties include:
Setting up cafeteria lines, steam-tables, dining room tables, and side service stands with hot and cold food items including meats, vegetables, salads, desserts, bread, butter, and beverages; replenishing as necessary.
Breaking down and cleaning tables and area when meal is finished and returning dishes and food to the kitchen area.
Assembling or tossing fresh fruit and green salads in quantity using prepared dressings and portions into standard serving sizes. Making cold sandwiches using prepared ingredients.
Operating, breaking down, and cleaning all equipment assigned to the area for food preparation. Cleaning kitchen equipment such as worktables, sinks, and refrigerators.
Performing other duties as assigned.
