RN Supervisor responsibilities include:
Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is delivered on the unit
Assist in admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
Support and guide nursing staff, addressing clinical concerns as they arise
Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain compliance with all policies and state/federal regulations
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey
Previous experience in long-term care or sub-acute setting preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
