The Woodhouse Spa is locally owned and a leader in affordable luxury spa experiences. We are seeking a full time passion filled, enthusiastic individual who enjoys customer service and working on a team.
Spa Concierge Responsibilities
Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door
Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, welcoming environment with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest's name & favorite drink, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
Serves as back up for the leadership team, when they are busy taking care the "big stuff", you always make sure things are running smoothly
Must be available to work weekends.
