Member Service Specialist II
ACU is on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Member Service Specialist II (MSSII) to join our exceptional team, you'll have the opportunity to work in all thirteen branches of our credit union. What you'll do:
Help credit union members with transactions in a friendly way
Handle various transactions and providing expert guidance to our members
Become the go-to expert on teller transaction codes and check cashing
Manage accounts with the utmost attention to detail
Take charge of issuing, reissuing, or hot carding ATM cards/Visa Debit cards
Assist members with any issues related to unauthorized use of ATM/Visa debit cards
Balance daily transactions and cash totals with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
Showcase effective oral and written communication with all credit union employees
Attend monthly staff meetings and actively participating in assigned training sessions
Branch Hours Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm Saturday- 10:00am-2:00pm
The pay range:
$18.50 - $32.89.
Our compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time. The target hiring range for this role is $18.50-$25.74.
What you need:
High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years of financial institution experience
Must be bondable to pass a background and credit check
What you'll bring:
One to two years of financial institution experience
