Furlani Foods is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a high-speed food production plant, including managing a team of 50-100 associates. This role ensures operational efficiency through the enforcement of Lean Manufacturing principles and drives continuous improvement initiatives. A strong focus on employee engagement and strict adherence to health, safety, and food safety standards is essential to maintaining high operational and quality benchmarks.
Key responsibilities include team leadership and employee engagement, ensuring health and safety OSHA regulations are followed, guaranteeing strict adherence to food safety protocols, ensuring alignment across teams, and optimizing overall equipment effectiveness.
Qualifications include the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, strong problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications, strong proficiency in mathematical concepts and applications, and proven organizational, planning, and priority-setting skills.
