About the job: Drivers typically average over $20/hr (wage + tips + mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips paid daily, hourly wages paid out every other Friday. Delivery experts have the option to use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto expenses - OR
use one of our company provided vehicles to complete deliveries (must be at least 21, clean driving record, minimum 2 years of driving history and clean driving record to use the company car). Safe driving record is a must! Our drivers have access to cutting edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster than our competition. More efficient deliveries = more money! Delivery experts can choose their own schedule. Whether you want to work part time or full time, we have shifts available to fit your needs!
Job requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record (subject to review of motor vehicle report). Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance. Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area. Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products. Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.
Work conditions: Exposure to: varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product or distributing flyers and door hangers; sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside - in-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas; fumes from food odors, including exposure to cornmeal dust; compact work areas including walk-in cooler; hot surfaces/tools including oven reaching 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Physical duties & requirements including but not limited to: walking/carrying/climbing; driving; stooping/bending; reaching; hand tasks; sensing.
