The Contribution You'll Bring to this Role
The Shipping & Invoicing Coordinator is responsible for preparing customer shipments in the ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, and serving as the communication bridge between Customer Service and the Distribution Center. This role ensures orders flow smoothly from release to shipment to final invoicing while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional internal and external service levels. This position will support the Wellsburg, WV facility.

What You'll Do at Justrite
ERP Shipment Processing
Prepare daily shipments in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy of order details, quantities, ship methods, and documentation.
Ensure all required shipping documents (packing lists, BOLs, labels, certificates, export docs, etc.) are generated correctly.
Maintain accurate shipment records and update order status in real time.
Process shipments through the invoicing workflow promptly and accurately.
Work closely with Accounting when adjustments, credits, or re-bills are required.
And all other duties as needed or assigned.
Communication & Liaison Responsibilities
Serve as the primary link between Customer Service and the Distribution Center to ensure smooth order flow.
Provide shipment updates to Customer Service to ensure consistent customer communication.
Escalate urgent or high-impact issues quickly and appropriately.
Your Skills and Expertise
To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
3 years' experience in shipping, invoicing, order management, or distribution operations.
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, NetSuite, or similar).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong communication skillsable to coordinate well between departments.
Basic understanding of shipping documents, freight terms, and billing workflows.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced warehouse/office hybrid environment.
Experience working in a distribution center or logistics environment.
Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
Compensation
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000.
Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
