As a customer experience specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers who call our customer service center. You will help support flagship brands like Kay, Jared, Zales, Peoples and Banter, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported after the interaction.
Responsibilities
Provide professional, courteous and grateful assistance on every phone call
Offer exceptional and personalized solutions that fit each customer's needs
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
Perform multiple tasks confidently: document, research and interact with customers in real time
Demonstrate strong telephone etiquette and represent Signet positively at all times
Meet or exceed production expectations, call efficiency, schedule adherence and quality
Manage escalated concerns with empathy, patience and professionalism
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or client support
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Ability to multitask with precision and attention to detail
Comfortable with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel and basic math
Analytical mindset to interpret feedback and improve continuously
Bilingual skills valued (especially Spanish)
