Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver

Our Delivery Drivers are integral to bringing the Chick-fil-A guest experience straight to our guest's door, and Chick-fil-a Delivery is a primary focus and growth area for Chick-fil-A's future business plans.
The Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver role is a Flex position, being trained 100% in Front of House operations and positions. The majority of this position's hours will be scheduled in a Delivery role with some hours scheduled inside the restaurant working in Front of House. This provides our team a greater flexibility to respond to an increase in the Guest Experience, whether inside the restaurant or at their doorstep.

Our hiring team will do our best to accommodate location preferences but will need to hire based on the staffing needs for each location.

Experience:
driving: 1 year (Preferred)
delivery driver: 1 year (Preferred)
customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Requirements:
Minimum age - 18 years old
Must have a valid State-Issued Driver's License
Must have valid car insurance
Clean driving record for the past 2 years
Smart phone (used for Roadway delivery app)
Cannot have a current/within the last year License suspension
Drive safe and obey the rules of the road
Restocking and maintaining cleanliness when no deliveries are incoming/scheduled
Completing FoH training

Main responsibilities:
Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises
Following safe driving procedures
Managing transactions using Roadway App
Serving guests via Delivery
Keeping your delivery vehicle clean and organized
Read, understand and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook
Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level
Ensure your appearance is in compliance with the Handbook
Display care and a sense of personal responsibility to the success of your role in the business
When serving in a Delivery role: when no deliveries are incoming or scheduled helping to restock, run orders to tableside/curbside, and maintain restaurant cleanliness
When serving in a Front of House role: engaging and serving guests in various Front of House positions
