What You'll Be Doing:
Packing finished snack products into cases and loading onto pallets
Assembling boxes and working at packaging tables or along production lines
Inspecting finished products to meet quality standards
Creating cardboard displays and helping with general cleaning duties
Supporting your team and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace
Taking on additional tasks as needed to keep production running smoothly
Many new packers are paired with a buddy after orientation to help ease into the rhythm. This role offers a steady work pace that may feel fast initially, but most associates adapt within two weeks. Please note, this is a physically demanding position involving repetitive motions, standing for up to 8 hours, and lifting 25+ pounds. Individuals with vertigo or difficulty working around round conveyors may find this environment challenging.
