Our McKinney, TX office is hiring a Client Service Associate. This role serves as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA). You will work with all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation. This role is a critical position within our office, responsible for driving the team culture by delivering exceptional service and support to clients, external partners, and internal advisors. This individual should bring a foundation of basic financial knowledge, have keen attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
This is an on-site position.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. 4-year college degree preferred
3+ years' experience within financial services, specifically wealth management firms is required
Superior verbal and written communication skills required
QuickBooks experience is strongly preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software required
Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
Ability and interest to learn financial concepts and products
Ability to work as a team member with deadlines, be flexible under pressure and prioritize work
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified at Associate level is $42,500.00 to $63,750.00. However, the base salary range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
