Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Stylist who enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and as a team and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly, and responsible!
Responsibilities:
Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products
Understand and promote products and memberships
Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
Required Skills:
Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license preferred
Customer service focused
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic
Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
Ability to work weekends and evenings required*

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence. We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you'll get both intensive theory-based and hands-on education to further your professional careers.
