Job Description
Photo Resist/Polyimide Bottle change and Reticle load port cleaning
Perform checks of PR inventory systems
Make request for replenishments (PR needs to thaw for certain hours)
Perform the PR bottle swap
Wear PPE
Retrieve photoresist out of chem cabinet
Interact with photoresist application
Take photo resist to tool, Double check, Scan bottle, Switch bottle and Follow procedure to put empty bottle away
Follow SOP to clean reticle load port on scanners.
