Domino's Delivery Drivers Must Be At Least 18 Years Old and Need:
Friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle to use for deliveries
Proof of car insurance
Safe driving record meeting company standards
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
Those are the basics, but here's what else you can expect:
General job duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facility
Communication skills include ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, and use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Essential functions/skills include ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, and have motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers
Work conditions include varying and sometimes adverse weather, in-store temperatures, sudden changes in temperature, exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts
Additional job details include depth perception, ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces, and temperaments such as directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone and with others, working under stress, meeting strict quality control standards, dealing with people, analyzing and compiling data, making judgments and decisions
Physical requirements include driving, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks
