Front Desk Receptionist
Audi Warrington is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and efficient receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers; you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for everyone who visits our dealership. This role will work closely with both the service and sales teams to create seamless customer experiences that result in increased customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, directing calls, scheduling appointments, executing cashiering duties including collecting and processing payments, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the daily operations run smoothly. The schedule will be Monday through Saturday with a day off between during the week.
Job Description:
Greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Responsibilities include receiving payments for service visits, part purchases, and sales deposits.
Operate our main telephone system to answer incoming calls, determine needs of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
Assist customers both in person and on the telephone
Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
Accurately putting paperwork in order and filing it in the proper location
Requirements:
Dealership experience luxury brands a plus
Reynolds & Reynolds/ Xtime experience a plus
Saturdays are a mandatory part of the work week schedule
Customer service experience required
Automotive experience preferred.
Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
Must have exceptional communication skills
Must be accustomed to dealing with luxury brand clients.
Strong multi-tasking abilities and a professional demeanor
Reliable and punctual
All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
