What You'll Do
As a Drain Cleaning Technician, you'll be the expert customers rely on to keep their plumbing systems running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing and resolving residential drain and sewer issues
Operating professional drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Removing blockages such as roots, debris, and buildup
Performing sewer camera inspections and documenting findings
Measuring and locating potential leaks or breaks
Communicating clearly with customers about issues and solutions
Identifying opportunities and setting leads for additional services
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
Upholding company standards, safety procedures, and a strong code of ethics
What We're Looking For
We want team members who bring both technical skills and a great attitude:
Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, equipment, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
A positive, customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical & Work Requirements
Comfortable working in a field environment, including tight spaces and varying weather conditions
Ability to lift, climb, kneel, and work with equipment as needed
Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
