$50,000 signing bonus
Salary ranges $620,000-$750,000+ based on average volume of other providers.
Relocation assistance

Position Requirements
Education
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency
Certification & Licensure
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (ABMS)
Eligible for Oregon medical licensure
Eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
Ability to obtain and maintain medical staff privileges and required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS)
