In addition, this role focuses on performing the following Cardiology related duties: Evaluates physical conditions related to blood flow and pressure in the coronary arteries and heart chambers by utilizing specialized imaging and other diagnostic techniques. A clinical technologist role that has specialized knowledge or skills gained through a combination of vocational education, training, and experience. This role will be most commonly applied to patient care and/or scientific/laboratory jobs. An entry-level role typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience and requiring vocational or technical education. Work is routine or follows standard procedures, is closely supervised, and communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation.Job OverviewThis position plays a crucial role in delivering quality patient care by assisting in electrophysiology procedures. Collaborating with other members of the care team, this role is responsible for promoting the policies, procedures, philosophy, and objectives of the Cardiac Arrhythmia Center. Team members display high level abilities and advanced clinical practice while maintaining a willingness to learn and grow in the rapidly changing world of electrophysiology.Job DescriptionMinimum Qualifications:1. Degree from an accredited school of Radiologic technologist with Radiology Technologist (RT) Certification.2. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.Preferred Qualifications:3.
