Trillium Staffing is now seeking Production Workers in Bloomsburg, PA!
Schedule is 12-hour shifts, 2-week rotating schedule, rotating between 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, 48 hours per week. Pay rate is $21.49/hour. You will have to pay Union dues once a month, $68.70.
We are seeking reliable, hard-working Production / General Labor Associates to support operations across multiple departments in our facility. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Candidates must be comfortable performing a variety of tasks and moving between departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform heavy lifting and manually move products, including 24-foot pallets using wheeled carts
Work across multiple departments as assigned
Assist with general production, manufacturing, and material handling tasks
Work Environment:
Some departments involve hot and dirty conditions, including areas where aluminum is melted
Physical, fast-paced, industrial setting
Standing, lifting, and manual labor required throughout the shift
Qualifications:
No prior experience required, willing to train
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
