Requirements for High-Rise Window Technician:
Minimum of 1 year of high-rise window cleaning experience
Proven ladder and high-rise work experience
Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and quality
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Excellent communication skills
Must pass mandatory drug testing (Drug-Free Workplace)
Pay and Benefits:
Competitive percentage-based pay, depending on experience
Regular pay increases based on performance
No nights or major holidays; occasional weekend hours
Holiday bonus and PTO after one year of employment
