We are looking for a happy and energetic manager to lead our fun team of stylists. Sharkey's Cuts for Kids is a salon for kids ages 0-14. We're on a mission to WOW our clients from the minute they arrive. Smiles and a positive attitude are a must, and we treat all our team members like family! Must be a licensed cosmetologist in South Carolina. Must have an upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettable fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents. Ability to listen to and communicate patiently with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction. Must be able to hire and manage a team of 3-6 stylists, including training and coaching.
Job Functions:
Active and excellent stylist/barber

Lead by example
Oversee and maintain the health and safety of customers by following the laws and rules set forth by the state board of cosmetology/barbering
Qualifications:
Minimum two years' leadership experience. Able to work weekends. SC Cosmetology License (we will assist with transferring, if needed).
