Work Shift: Days
Pay Range: $19.50 - $26.97
Union: UFCW 3000-Support Services
Shift Differentials/Premiums:
Evening - $3.00/hour
Night - $5.00/hour
Weekend - $4.50/hour
Premiums:
Standby - $3.50/hour
Lead - $3.25/hour
Per Diem - 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits)
Job Description

Supports the Health Information Management department by utilizing and maintaining paper and electronic medical records. Scans a variety of medical record documents into the EMR. Sustains a high level of customer service while providing appropriate access to patient information and charts as needed. Functions as a member of a team to ensure full shift coverage and timely fulfillment of requests.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: One year experience in similar position in medical office and experience with multi-line phone system preferred. Typing speed of 45 wpm.
