Technician II, A&P

The Technician II, A&P is responsible for performing basic maintenance tasks without supervision. Essential duties and responsibilities include performing intermediate/heavy maintenance tasks with little supervision, flight control and engine throttle rigging, using FAA approved data proficiently, ensuring work adheres to high quality standards, and directing the work of less experienced mechanics. Core competencies include commitment to company values and ethics, dependability, motivation, organization, communication, initiative, and analytical skills.
Qualifications to perform this job successfully include a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), a minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training, and previous experience in warehousing, handling inventory, and bar code equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility. The environmental characteristic for this position is a warehouse setting. Candidates should be able to adapt to a traditional warehouse environment.
