This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients and ProSidian Team Members work as part of a Engagement Team Cadre to fulfil T&M - Time and Materials requirements. The Talent Acquisition And Applicant / Recruitment Screening Support Specialist TA 100 as a Professional Grade position. Talent Acquisition and Applicant Screening Support - Administrative/Business Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to NAICS: 541690 - Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS: 541690 - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services and
This position will execute the first steps of the online consideration process by reviewing all resumes submitted by candidates on the external application tracking system. All online applications will be screened to determine if the applicant's qualifications meet the minimum posted job requirements for the published job descriptions. Additional relevant duties in support of the hiring process may be assigned.
1. Access the online Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to screen the applicants for minimum requirements defined in the posted job description.
2. Monitor, review and disposition the candidate resumes, accurately screening for defined criteria and recording the outcome of the review appropriately
3. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and team members to, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective screening process
4. Interface with Talent Acquisition Staff and Hiring Managers with screening results and respond to their questions when determining the applicant pool
5. May be involved in running reports in response to requests from compliance authorities, hiring managers, or HR administrative staff
6. May respond to applicant/candidate questions or seek additional information to verify candidates' stated employment record and qualifications by contacting the person in an impartial but cordial manner
7. Other relevant/related duties may be assigned to facilitate the overall screening of requisitions and development of balanced candidate pools. For example, assistance may be requested for communicating interview logistics, etc. to applicants or verifying and tracking Work Keys scores
8. Assist with communication, training set-up, on-boarding logistics and paperwork for new hires
9. Participate in special projects
10. Other duties as assigned

The Talent Acquisition and Applicant Screening Support - Administrative/Business shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
requisite work experience and technical skills to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition And Applicant Screening Supports working and performing tasks in the Energy Industry (Oil and Gas / Power and Utilities / Nuclear Energy) Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year college with a major in Business, Marketing, Communications, STEM or Liberal Arts, plus experience in Human Resources-Staffing or a similar related business environment Experience in a professional business environment
Familiarity with web-based recruiting technologies including cloud based Applicant Tracking Systems and online talent recruiting systems (job boards, aggregate listings, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Excel, and familiarity with MS Access
Previous work with spreadsheets, data and databases to organize reports and illustrate relationships
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond/escalate appropriately
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills
Ability to understand a variety of job descriptions and willingness to learn industry specific vocabulary and procedures
Confidence to interface with all levels of employees from management to interns, as well as interact with job applicants and external contacts
Strong written and oral communication skills A 40 hour work week schedule as anticipated for this position. SRS utilizes various work schedules; including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 9and a 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on week A and 4 days on week B). Work week excludes SRS holidays. Each work day has a 30-minute lunch. Standard Facilities Access required but a security clearance is not currently required for this position
