Customer Care Representative
Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Customer Care Representative for our Corporate team. This position is part of our Customer Care team providing top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities
Maintain updated knowledge of all company services in order to provide adequate education to customers
Field incoming phone calls and respond to customers using various forms of communication
Promptly respond to customer questions submitted via email
Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues
Process tickets for customers when necessary
Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately follow up
Document important customer information for future reference
Collect and record customer feedback and information, and share with appropriate departments and team members
Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve retention rate
Attend all required customer service-related meetings
Other relevant job duties as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years of experience in a customer service-related role
Outstanding customer service and communication skills (written and oral)
Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships
Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once
Positive, service-oriented attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
Basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft products, and excellent phone disposition
Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
