As our Corporate Counsel, youll leverage your legal expertise to create innovative compliance strategies that safeguard employees.
Key job responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal guidance to Corporate Environmental Health & Safety and Corporate Security teams
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, ensuring robust compliance mechanisms across multiple business units
- Develop strategic safety and security frameworks that mitigate workplace risks
- Manage global regulatory inquiries and inspections with precision and expertise
- Collaborate with international legal teams to create cohesive safety strategies

Your day will be a blend of strategic problem-solving and collaborative legal support. Youll engage with cross-functional teams, diving deep into complex environmental, health, and safety challenges. From analyzing regulatory landscapes to crafting proactive compliance mechanisms, youll play a critical role in shaping workplace safety standards.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in Regulatory Law
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in legal work
- Experience in both corporate law firm and/or in-house legal environments
- Comprehensive background in occupational safety and health compliance
- Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations
- Experience dealing with legal matters pertaining to OSHA is a plus
- Experience dealing with environmental law a plus

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
