Building Maintenance Worker & Custodian (5247)

The Salvation Army (Southern) - - Responsibilities: Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms; cleans sinks and toilets, polishes mirrors, and replenishes supplies.; Performs routine building maintenance activities; performs minor plumbing repairs required by leaking faucets and clogged toilets; performs carpentry work required to repair dents and/or holes in walls and paints walls.; May request purchase order for supplies.; sweeps, vacuums, mops, buffs and waxes floors. Keeps sidewalks clean and free of debris.; Assists the Facilities and Property Manager with major, more complex repairs and maintenance.
