Winner's Circle - Customer Service

Dave & Busters - - Responsibilities: Greet Guests with a positive attitude and assist with requests and answer questions as needed; Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to Guests, Team Members, and Managers; Notify Manager of any Guest that is perceived to be unhappy; Stock, display, and secure merchandise in all storage areas; Review the cleanliness and organization of the Winners Circle and ensure displays are stocked and maintained
