Food & Beverage Inventory Clerk
At The Point Casino & Hotel, every great dining experience starts long before the food reaches the table. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Food & Beverage Inventory Clerk who will play a key role in keeping our kitchens running smoothly.
In this role, you'll be the backbone of our culinary operations-tracking inventory, organizing storage areas, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring our chefs always have the ingredients they need to create incredible guest experiences across the property.

How You'll Make an Impact
Managing and organizing inventory across dry storage, walk-in coolers, and freezers for all property venues
Ensuring proper FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation and product dating
Receiving, unpacking, and verifying deliveries to ensure accuracy and completeness
Tracking incoming inventory and identifying discrepancies
Conducting monthly inventory counts to maintain accurate data and control costs
Maintaining clean, organized, and safe storage areas
Supporting the Executive Sous Chef with ordering supplies and managing inventory records
Assisting with vendor pricing comparisons and cost control initiatives
Helping prevent loss and identifying potential inventory discrepancies
Performing quality checks on stored products
Supporting team members in locating and accessing inventory as needed
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Previous kitchen or food service experience required
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to track inventory and enter data accurately using a computer
Ability to obtain a Washington State Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment
Ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License issued by the Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Commission
Physical Requirements
Lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds
Frequent standing and walking throughout shifts
Occasional crouching, stooping, and reaching
Repetitive use of hands, wrists, and fingers
Ability to clearly communicate and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
Ability to visually inspect products and distinguish colors and quality
