Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab, a leading provider of compassionate care, is seeking a dedicated and caring Evening CNA to join our team in Daytona Beach, Florida. As an Evening CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, promoting a positive and supportive environment, and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Provide direct care to residents, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and transferring
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as using the bathroom, getting dressed, and taking medication
Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor or charge nurse
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and report any incidents or accidents involving residents or staff
