Job Title: Clinic Director, Physical Therapist – Sports Rehab
Location: Suwanee, GA
Pay: $100,000/year

Overview

TS Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (DPT) to serve as Clinic Director for a new sports rehabilitation clinic in Suwanee, GA (Atlanta area).

This role combines 1-on-1 patient care, clinic management, and business development. Ideal for a PT who wants to step into leadership and grow a clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 outpatient physical therapy (sports rehab & orthopedic focus)
• Create and manage treatment plans using evidence-based care
• Oversee daily clinic operations (scheduling, workflow, patient experience)
• Build referral relationships with physicians, coaches, and trainers
• Grow patient volume through community outreach and networking
• Hire, train, and lead clinic staff as the practice grows

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
• Active Georgia PT license (or ability to obtain)
• 2+ years of physical therapy experience
• Experience in sports rehab, orthopedics, or outpatient PT preferred
• Strong interest in leadership and clinic growth

Facility

• 40,000 sq. ft. sports performance facility
• Basketball court + turf training space
• Private treatment areas
