Maintenance Custodian
Become a part of the "Bath-Built is Best Built" tradition. As a Maintenance Custodian you will maintain cleanliness of facilities including offices, areas throughout the buildings, grounds keeping and snow removal.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Lawn mowing (riding and walk behind)
Weed whacking and hedge trimming
Landscaping
Groundskeeping
Office cleaning
Bathroom/shower cleaning
Operate carpet shampooer
Operate buffing machines
Wax application
Street sweeper
Recycling
Snow and ice removal (everywhere) and hand shoveling
Hiring for all shifts:
1st: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
3rd: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
The pay range for this position ranges from $26.76/hr - $27.85/hr.
Responsibilities
High School Diploma or GED required.
Driver's license required.
Qualifications
A positive attitude and be ready to work as part of a team.
Strong organization skills.
Knowledge of floor stripping, waxing and buffing processes.
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and sanitizing processes.
Ability to shift tasks as needed.
Must be able to meet and perform to the requirements of the physical task analysis.
Preferred:
Knowledge of janitorial duties and standards.
Experience performing janitorial cleaning in an industrial/commercial environment.
Experience backing up a trailer.
Experience operating and quick troubleshooting lawn care equipment.
Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) certified.
