O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Assist store manager in areas of sales, appearance, and overall operations of store; Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved; Recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and discharging team members; Train new team members assigned to him or her; Review monthly P&L statement with store manager and discuss areas of opportunity
