Floor Technician

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services - 1525a Market Place Boulevard - Responsibilities: Perform floor care duties including spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout; Clean and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment and chemicals; Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and stairways; move large furniture as needed while following safety guidelines; Ensure doors and windows are secure and report safety hazards or needed repairs to supervisor; Follow all company policies and procedures and use janitorial tools safely
