This role involves preparing the operating room, managing surgical equipment, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The OR RN collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and adheres to the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and professional ethics in a dynamic surgical environment.Essential Work Functions: Prepares the operating room by ensuring all required instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies are ready and functional for each surgical procedure Assists in positioning and preparing patients for surgery, addressing concerns and ensuring comfort and safety according to procedural requirements Maintains a sterile field throughout surgical procedures and adheres to infection control protocols and sterile technique Anticipates the needs of the surgical team, providing instrument
