Location: Indianapolis, IN
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in Indianapolis seeking a Cost Accountant to join their finance team. This role focuses on analyzing costs, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting to drive profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze production/project costs


• Prepare cost reports and variance analyses


• Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory accounting


• Collaborate with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• 3–7 years of cost accounting experience


• Strong knowledge of cost analysis and variance reporting


• CMA a plus
