Staff Accountant

Salary: $60,000 - 75,000

Staff Accountant Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).


• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.


• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, or other accounting software.


• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.


• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial records.


• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.


• Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.


• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.


• Conduct bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.


• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.


• Assist with audits and tax preparation as needed.


• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
