Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making


• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive business strategy


• Conduct variance analysis and identify key trends impacting performance


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes


• Assist in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus)


• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in life sciences or a related industry


• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis


• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)


• Ability to communicate complex financial insights to key stakeholders
