My client is looking for a Tax Coordinator to support their corporate tax team in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. This role is a mix of project management, advanced Excel, and tax support — perfect for someone highly organized who likes being in the middle of everything.

What you’ll do:
• Support the Head of Tax and team with day-to-day operations
• Manage tax project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
• Build and maintain complex Excel reports (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Coordinate across departments for audits, filings, and compliance
• Maintain tax calendars and assist with process improvements

What they’re looking for:
• 5+ years in a tax coordinator / project coordinator / similar role
• Strong project management skills
• Advanced Excel (this is a must)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
