Salary: $90,000–$110,000

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our client, a privately-held management company in Baltimore. This hybrid Senior Accountant will work directly with executive leadership, gain broad GL and tax exposure, and help modernize a long-established organization.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Prepare and support individual, partnership, trust, and corporate tax filings
• Generate and manage K-1s and related compliance activities
• Own key components of month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Perform investment and general ledger accounting across multiple entities
• Support process improvements tied to ongoing reorganization and system enhancements

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–8 years of general ledger accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with individual and partnership tax returns
• Strong understanding of GL accounting and month-end close processes
