What You’ll Do
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance
Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that reflects our values and commitment to service
Foster a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees
Build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and the local community
Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to drive growth
Lead by example—modeling honesty, respect, and a customer-first mindset every shift
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food service regulations
Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
What We’re Looking For
Education – High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Experience – 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles
Leadership – A natural coach who motivates teams, builds trust, and leads by example
Operational know-how – Skilled in inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations
Problem-solving mindset – Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain
