Job Title: Warranty/QA Specialist
Location: On Site in Fairlawn, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: 41,600 - $50,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback on product performance, warranty claims, and service inquiries.

• Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

• Manage warranty claims, including tracking, resolution, and customer follow-up.

  Maintain and update product documentation, promotional materials, and warranty materials

  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service, project management, and quality assurance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; CRM software expertise preferred.

• 
  

  Strong verbal and written communication skills
