A growing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support core accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys handling complex accounting activities, contributing to process improvements, and working in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations


• Lead or support month‑end and year‑end close processes


• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules


• Assist with internal and external audits, including coordinating documentation


• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies


• Analyze accounts and investigate variances


• Support process improvements and accounting system efficiencies


• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support financial accuracy and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required)


• 2–5+ years of progressive accounting experience


• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles


• Experience with month‑end close and financial reporting


• Proficiency in Excel; ERP or accounting system experience preferred


• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation & Opportunity

• Base salary range of $80K–$100K, depending on experience
