Senior Accountant - Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledger activity in accordance with GAAP and company policies


• Support month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis


• Lead departmental budget reviews and provide insight into financial performance


• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies


• Assist in drafting and reviewing customer contracts, ensuring proper revenue recognition treatment


• Set up contracts within the ERP system and evaluate revenue allocation across components


• Partner cross-functionally to improve reporting accuracy and financial processes


• Conduct revenue analysis, comparing actuals to forecast to identify trends and opportunities


• Contribute to process improvements and strengthening internal controls

Senior Accountant - Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required


• 5+ years of general ledger and financial reporting experience


• Strong understanding of revenue recognition (SaaS experience preferred, not required)


• Experience working with contracts, including interpretation and setup within accounting systems


• Advanced Excel skills required


• Professional presence with strong communication and accountability


• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
