Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes
• Perform variance analysis comparing actuals to budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Build and maintain financial models to support business and operational decisions
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review
• Partner with departments across the organization to gather data and provide insights
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making
• Assist with process improvements and reporting enhancements
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through reconciliations and validations

Qualifications for the Financial Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with financial systems or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
