Overview of the Tax Associate:

• Prepare individual tax returns (1040)


• Prepare corporate tax returns (1120)


• Prepare partnership tax returns


• Prepare estate an trust returns (1041)


• Assist with tax research and compliance


• Collaborate with team members and partners on client engagements


• Utilize UltraTax software (experience is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications of the Tax Associate:

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience


• Experience with 1040, 1041, and 1120 returns


• CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) preferred, but not required


• Experience with UltraTax is a plus


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment


• Strong communication and teamwork skills
