Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Prepare daily general ledger activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Support month-end close including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and account analysis
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage banking-related inquiries
• Manage indirect tax compliance across U.S., Canada, and select European jurisdictions
• Perform cost accounting, budget vs. actual analysis, and expense forecasting
• Identify and recommend cost-reduction and profit improvement opportunities
• Support month-end close including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and account analysis

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Accounting experience within manufacturing or distribution
• Strong experience with Oracle or similar enterprise ERP systems
